Digital Advertising

• Design and implement digital campaigns for Google Ads (Search + Display), Facebook/Instagram and Reddit.
• Monitor and report on campaigns for optimisation.

Social Media

• Manage all BuildBee social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit).
• Schedule content using Zoho Social.
• Community engagement across all platforms.

Branding

• Differentiate BuildBee from Me3D and build a unique audience.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand for BuildBee.
• Document and communicate any amendments to branding.

Wedsite +SEO

• Make changes to the BuildBee website using VS Code and create new pages and blogs using Contentful CMS.
• SEO management, including SEO audits, recommending fixes, keywordresearch for new pages, copy writing.
• Manage all Google product integrations (Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, My Business).

CRM + Email Marketing

• Manage customer data in Zoho CRM and create relevant email lists in Zoho Marketing Automation.
• Create email campaigns and auto responders.
• Create and manage the automated onboarding email workflow.

Analytics + Reporting

• Review all marketing analytics to learn about the audience and inform/adaptmarketing strategies.

Content Creation

• Create image and video content for all marketing channels (Photoshop, Premiere, Canva).
• Write content for the BuildBee blog.

OTHER

• Assist in UI/UX decision making for both the BuildBee website and the web app (including running user tests to gain data).
• Assist in product development decisions.
• Coordinate team efforts with use of Google Drive, Jira, Confluence and Slack.
• Manage an ongoing PR campaign to develop relationships with content creators.
• Direct sales duties at conferences.
