- Ran training workshops and supported onboarding to help educators confidently use 3D printing in their classrooms
- Represented Me3D at education trade shows and conferences, managing live demos and direct sales
- Managed email marketing campaigns and newsletters to keep customers engaged and informed
- Updated website content and assisted with design tasks (including Shopify), blog writing, and social media posts
- Used Google Analytics to monitor web performance and inform marketing decisions
- Acted as a key communication link between schools, product, and leadership to ensure customer feedback shaped future product updates
